Terms & Payment Policy

To ensure smooth booking and hassle-free travel, our payment schedule is as follows:

25% Advance Payment – Required at the time of booking confirmation.

25% Payment – Payable upon arrival at the tour destination.

50% Balance Payment – Payable during the course of your trip.

Note: Tour confirmation is subject to receipt of the advance payment. All payments must be completed as per the above schedule.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following charges will apply:

Cancellation up to 48 hours before departure: 15% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

Cancellation within 48 hours before departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

Cancellation on the day of departure or No Show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
